Reship Policy T&Cs

For your peace of mind we will one time reship any EU/USA/UK orders seized by customs or parcel lost in transit for more than 30 working days (not counting weekends) at our cost. No cash refund will be issued as per our refund policy. We will reship order one time with our stealth oil shipping in cosmetic oil packaging. We will not provide a reship if the wrong address was supplied to us at the time of ordering. In order to be able to claim incomplete order always take pictures of
opened and unpacked parcel otherwise we will not accept.
