3x1 rep with 10" rest (200kg) + 4-6 negative (140kg) reps (5" the execution) with less weight
1x 4 negative reps (140kg) + 4 positive reps (100kg) + max of reps til failure (50kg) (less weight for each transition)

2. Incline Dumbbells flies
2x 10 reps

3. Incline barbell press smith machine (180kg) + chest press (60/60kg)
1x rest pause 8-10 reps + 6-7 positive reps + max of reps til failure

4. Incline chest press (60/60kg) + Dumbbells flies (20/20kg)
3x3 reps with 10"rest + 10 reps for the flies

5. Cable cross
5x10 with 20" rest

Ce genre dentrainement necessite forcement un pareur
