Bonjour à tous,
je cherche des infos sur la stérilité entrainée par les cures de testo.
Voilà ce que j'ai:
En cure de testo sans rien d'autre, le taux de spz chute car il n'y a plus de FSH
Avec HCG c'est pareil car HCG stimule la LH mais pas la FSH
Avec Clomid la filière de production de spz est relancée.

Donc, un hom qui voudrait se servir de la testo comme contraceptif, ça peut marcher si:
- il ne prend pas de clomid
- il cure sur de longues périodes ou en cruising parce qu'il y a surement une inertie dans la production des spz.

esearchers in China may have found a method for male contraception that is effective, reversible and without serious short-term adverse effects, according to a new study.

"For couples who can not, or prefer not to use only female-oriented contraception, options have been limited to vasectomy, condom and withdrawal," said Dr. Yi-Qun Gu, MD, of the National Research Institute for Family Planning in Beijing, China. "Our study shows a male hormonal contraceptive regimen may be a potential, novel and workable alternative."

Dr. Gu said this study is the largest multi-center, male hormonal contraceptive efficacy clinical trial of an androgen preparation in the world. Participants included 1,045 healthy fertile Chinese men aged 20-45 years. Each participant had fathered at least one child within the two years before the study and had a normal medical history. Their female partners were between 18 and 38 years of age and had normal reproductive function.

Males were injected monthly with 500 mg of a formulation of testosterone undecanoate (TU) in tea seed oil for thirty months. Results showed a cumulative contraceptive failure (pregnancy) rate of 1.1 per 100 men in the 24-month efficacy phase. No serious adverse events were reported and reproductive function returned to the normal fertile reference range in all but two participants.

"Despite the present encouraging results, the long-term safety of this hormonal male contraceptive regimen requires more extensive testing with a focus on cardiovascular, prostate and behavioral safety," said Dr. Gu.

The study was conducted on males between 18 and 45 years old with a steady partner of over a year between the ages of 18 and 38.

In order to suppress the males sperm count, the men were given 200 milligrams of progestogen (norethisterone enanthate) and also 1000 milligrams of an androgen called testosterone undecanoate (TU).

The 2 injects were given to the men every 8 weeks for 26 weeks and it helped decrease sperm count.

Results Of The Study
After the study was completed, it was noted that 96% of the males who continued with the male birth control shot were able to successfully prevent pregnancy.

In the second round of study, only 4 pregnancies were reported of the whole study.

However, in the end, the study was stopped because men were complaining about the side effects.

A multicentre study (ten centres) in seven countries was done to assess the contraceptive efficacy of hormonally-induced azoospermia in 271 healthy fertile men. Each subject received 200 mg testosterone enanthate weekly by intramuscular injection. 157 men (cumulative rate at 6 months 65%) became azoospermic in three consecutive semen samples. These men entered a 12-month efficacy phase during which continuing testosterone injections were the only form of contraception. There was 1 pregnancy during 1486 months of the efficacy phase (0.8 conceptions [95% confidence interval 0.02-4.5] per 100 person-years). Discontinuations from the study were mainly because azoospermia was not achieved within 6 months and because of dislike of the injection schedule. The mean time to become azoospermic was 120 days (SD 40); reappearance of spermatozoa was detected in 11 men and in no case led to discontinuation from the study or to pregnancy. After the testosterone injections had been stopped, the estimated median time from azoospermia to recovery (sperm concentration of at least 20 million/ml) was 3.7 months (3.6-3.9) and to the subject's mean baseline sperm concentration was 6.7 months
 
Ça existe déjà la contraception masculine deux andrologue le font à Paris et Toulouse sur 18mois Max a 250mg semaine sans rien d’autre après il arrête et c’est fini.
 
Je te donne mon retour : je suis rester " on " durant bien 2 presque 3 ans ( competition bodybuilding , mode de vie bodybuilder ) résultat des comptes le jour où j'ai voulu relancer pour que ma femme tombe enceinte j'avais zero spermatozoide .
Actuellement je suis suivis et j'ai un traitement par ordonnance de gonal-f à raison de 100 ui 3 fois par semaine (fsh)

À ma dernière spermatograme j'étais à 4m5 mais tres mobile j'espère que au prochain j'en erais davantage mais surtout que Madame sois enceinte .

Bref juste pour te dire que sa fais 1 ans depuis qu'elle que jours que je n'ai pas toucher de produit et que oui la machine est longue à relancer surtout quand on est en " on" en continue sans en prendre 100% les protections .

( Hcg 500 ui par semaine tout le long des cures devrais être obligatoire !! )
