Xmas season is upon us and we are doing our best getting all orders out before the xmas holidays. All trackers for GH & AAS orders have been sent up until last friday. We are shipping up untill 24 Dec Xmas ever and send all trackers to you before we close for 1 week. We shut shop for holidays from 24th Xmas Eve to New years Day 1 Jan. Business will resume from 2nd Jan 2024.

Any pending backorders will be shipped on 2nd Jan 2024 onwards.

For your peace of mind we will one time reship any UK/EU/USA orders seized by customs or parcel lost in transit for more than 30 working days (not counting weekends) at our cost.

Hello a tous les amis ! Juste une petite info sur Genotec . Depuis un petit moment ça manque de sérieux, c est vraiment dommage. Ils nous envoient les tracking de suivis 1 semaine voir 2 plutard , ils répondent au 4 voir 6 eme mail . Ensuite il y a 2 semaines mon colis bloqué a la douane de roissy , je l’ai contact pour leur tenir informer, ils décident de m’en renvoyer un a une adresse . Ca fait 2 semaines que j ai pas le tracking
Un ami a moi a commander aussi chez eux en même temps que moi , il a eu son tracking que hier et disant que les douanes avaient son colis .
2 colis de chopper en 2 semaines et ça tombe celui qui m’ont renvoyé c est fait pété aussi .
A mon avis genotec son grillé a Roissy , faite attention a vous les amis !!!!

Les colis sont saisies ?
Ou juste bloqués pour dédouanement (taxes)?
Parce que des fois, c'est bloqué et il suffit de payer les taxes et ça repart.
Il y a marqué quoi exactement sur les suivis ?
